We'll arrange a convenient time for one of our certified pest control officers to visit your property — at absolutely no cost to you.

Receive Your Treatment Plan

Within 24 hours of inspection

After the inspection, your officer will produce a detailed, written pest management plan outlining recommended treatments, products, timelines, and costs.

Professional Treatment

As agreed

Once you approve the plan, we schedule and carry out all treatments using PCPB-approved, eco-safe products. We work around your schedule to minimise disruption.

TIPMost treatments take 1–3 hours depending on property size.

Follow-Up & Prevention

7–14 days post-treatment

We return to verify effectiveness, apply any necessary follow-up treatments, and put prevention measures in place. For ongoing clients, we enroll you in our IPM programme.

Are your products safe for children and pets?+
Yes. All our products are PCPB-approved and eco-safe. We will advise you on any specific precautions needed (such as vacating a room for a few hours) based on the treatment type.
What areas do you cover?+
We cover the whole of Kenya — Nairobi and its suburbs (Lavington, Westlands, Karen, Kilimani, Runda, Gigiri, and more) as well as major towns upcountry including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Thika. Call us to confirm availability in your area.
Do you provide documentation for audits?+
Yes. All our treatments come with service reports. For clients on IPM programmes, we produce full compliance documentation suitable for food safety, hospitality, and healthcare audits.
What if the pests come back after treatment?+
Our satisfaction guarantee means if the same pest returns within the treatment guarantee period, we will re-treat at no additional charge.
Can I get a quote without a site visit?+
We can provide ballpark estimates over the phone, but accurate pricing requires a site visit given that properties vary significantly. The inspection is always free.
